Athletics Varsity Boys Tennis

Derek Lashley is entering his 17th year coaching tennis at 皇冠体育官网, including middle school and varsity.

The 2019 season saw the Lady Vikings reach new heights as they qualified for the GHSA Class-A Private Final Four for the first time in program history. Coach Lashley also achieved a winning milestone with his 300th win during the 2021 season.

In 2021 Coach Lashley led the Lady Vikings to win the GHSA Class-A Private State Championship. The girl’s program has been recognized as Region Champions for 3 years straight, twice in GHSA and once in GIAA.

In 2023, the Lady Vikings won the Region for a 4th consecutive year, runner up in the GIAA State Girls finals, and an individual State Championship in Girls Doubles.

In 2024, the Lady Vikings won a 5th consecutive Region championship, Team State Champion in AAA and an  lndividual championship in Girls Doubles. The boys won the Region title and finished runner up in Team State. The Middle School team also won both boys and girls GAPPS State and 3 GAPPS Individual State Championships making it 7 State Championships in 2024 for the Vikings.

He and his wife, Aimee, have two sons Camden and Ethan.
